귀신이 존재 한다고 믿나요?
No, I don’t. I don’t think there is such a thing. But when I was young, I thought ghosts existed. I was so scared of sleeping by myself, so I used to sleep next to my sister. My niece and nephew believe in ghosts, so when they don’t listen to me, I pretend there is a ghost chasing them, and then they listen to me. I know I shouldn’t tease them like that, but they are so cute when they are scared of ghosts. Anyway nowadays I believe the real threat is not a ghost but people. When I have to walk through dark alleys in the dark, the one thing I get scared of is people, not ghosts.
아니요, 믿지 않아요. 세상에 그런건 없어요. 그렇지만 제가 어렸을 땐 귀신이 존재한다고 생각했어요. 혼자서 자는 걸 굉장히 두려워 했어요. 그래서 저희 언니 옆에서 자곤 했답니다. 제 조카들은 귀신의 존재를 믿는데, 아이들이 제 말을 듣지 않을 때 전 귀신이 아이들을 쫓아오는 척을 하면 그제야 제 말을 들어요. 조카들을 놀리면 안되는걸 알지만 귀신을 두려워 할 때 조카들이 너무 귀여워요. 어쨌든 요즘에는 진짜 위협은 귀신이 아니라 사람이라고 생각해요. 어둠속에서 어두운 골목을 통과해야 할 때, 한가지 제가 두려운 것은 귀신이 아니라 사람들이에요.
