If you found 1 million won on the street by accident, what would you do?
우연히 길에서 백만원을 발견한다면? 어떻게 하시겠어요?
It is an exciting thought. I guess I would look around to see if anyone saw me pick up the money, and if there weren’t any people, I would keep it! But it is actually quite scary because what if there were some people who saw me pick up the money, or there was CCTV? So I think I would definitely take the money to a nearby police station. I don’t think 1 million won is worth being worried about getting caught, besides the owner must have been worried, so I think I should do the right thing.
신나는 생각 이네요. 주변에서 혹시 제가 돈을 줍는걸 본 사람이 있는지 주위를 둘러보고, 만약에 아무도 없다면 돈을 가질거에요! 그러나 상당히 무서워요. 왜냐하면 만약에 주변에 제가 돈을 줍는걸 본 사람이 있다면? 아니면 CCTV가 있었다면? 그래서 전 틀림없이 가까운 경찰서에 돈을 가져갈 것 같아요. 백만원이라는 돈이 (이후에) 잡힐까봐 걱정할 정도로 가치있는 돈이라고 생각하진 않아요. 게다가 그 돈 주인은 분명히 걱정할거에요, 그래서 옳은일을 해야된다고 생각해요.
