I read the news on a website every day, several times. It’s kind of information addiction, I think. I want to know what’s happening around the world at any time. If I don’t read the news for a couple of days I feel like I am losing touch with the world. However, I feel like the news tends to focus on negative things happening around the world, and there are many problems every day in many countries. For example, war, terrorism, economic problems and disease. In fact I notice that reading bad news brings my mood down. So I try to limit how much I read the news, and focus on fun, happy news.
매일 몇번씩 웹사이트에서 뉴스를 읽어요. 제 생각에는 정보 중독 같은거 같아요. 언제든지 지구촌에 어떤일이 벌어지고 있는지 알고 싶어요. 이틀정도 뉴스를 보지 않는다면 세계와 단절되는 기분이 들어요. 그러나 뉴스는 지구촌에서 벌어지는 부정적인 것에 초점을 맞추는 경향이 있는것 같아요, 그리고 많은 나라에서 매일 많은 문제가 존재해요. 예를들어서 전쟁, 테러, 경제 문제 그리고 질병과 같은 문제 들이죠. 사실 전 부정적인 뉴스를 볼 때 마다 기분이 가라앉는 걸 발견했어요, 그래서 뉴스를 읽는 양을 제한하도록 노력하고 재미있고 행복한 뉴스에 집중해요.
