Do you like maths or do you like English?, which do you prefer?

수학이 좋아요? 영어가 좋아요? 어떤게 더 좋으세요?

When I was a student, I didn’t like either of the two. Because they were not interesting. If I have to choose one, I will go for English. I believe my memory skills are quite good, including memorising new words. The reason why I don’t like maths so much is because I am not good at numbers. Some people say they prefer maths to languages because it has exact answers. But for me if I can’t find the exact answers of the maths questions, I get so frustrated. English is also very hard to learn, because it doesn’t have any similarities with Korean, but for me English is easier to learn than maths.

제가 학생 이였을 때는, 둘다 좋아하지 않았어요. 왜냐하면 둘다 재미없었거든요. 만약에 하나만 고르라고 한다면 영어를 고를거에요. 단어를 외우는것을 포함해서 기억력이 꽤 좋다고 생각하기 때문이에요. 제가 수학을 좋아하지 않는 이유는 숫자에 약해요. 어떤 사람들은 정확한 정답이 존재하는 수학을 언어보다 더 선호한다고 하는데 저는 만약 수학에서 정확한 정답을 찾지 못하면 너무 좌절스러워져요. 한국어와 비슷한 점이 없기 때문에 영어 또한 배우기가 힘들지만 저는 수학보다는 영어가 배우기 더 쉬워요.
