Do you sometimes suffer from muscle stiffness?

Yes, often. My back hurts right now as I have been sitting on a chair for a long time today. Also, sometimes when I wake up in the morning, I have muscle stiffness in my neck and shoulder, but after taking a shower, it usually gets better. But if it doesn’t go away, I stretch them for just 10 minutes and it really helps to relieve the pain. Walking a long distance or wearing high heels for a long time makes my calf muscles stiff. And it usually lasts for more than 72 hours. What I do is stretch my legs as often as I can, and I tend to not walk much until the pain subsides. I also have a stiff neck and shoulder after using my laptop for a long time, so I try to maintain good posture when I use it.
